with 1. No obligation one hour
consultation. Without obligation I meet with couples and discuss
what they would like for their ceremony.
During that time we review the wedding ceremony, the services I offer
and can access for you. You will become
familiar with my particular style and I will become better acquainted with you
in order to personalize the service. 2.
Guarantee In the event of an
emergency where I cannot perform the wedding I guarantee that I will find
another Pastor who will do what I promised for your wedding. This person would be a highly skilled
professional who would provide the same personal care in providing your wedding
service. 3. Counseling: ·
Pre-marital counseling is not required
for my conducting of your wedding.
Optional pre-marital counseling is available at $50 per hour. However, if you feel right about your
decision to marry, that is good enough for me. · However, it may be helpful to attend my marriage preparation seminar that
will address the concerns of many who are marrying including: Ø Communication or Developing Inter-Planetary Conversation with Your Spouse Ø Children or How to Truly Complicate Your Life Ø Finances: His, Hers, Ours and Why There Is Never Enough Ø Becoming Open to Faith, Hope, Love Everyday 4.
Fees: ·
Basic Fee for Performing the Wedding
Service: $400 ·
A $150 non-refundable reservation is required to confirm the
wedding date and time. Otherwise, I may accept another wedding for that
date. This fee will be applied to the
total costs and is not an addition to them. ·
Includes a face to face session to plan
the service ü Follow up by phone or email; ü Rehearsal before the wedding, ü Arrival 30 minutes before the wedding. ü Performance of the wedding. ü Presence at the reception and
offering a prayer before the meal if requested 5.
Additional Fee Adjustments: ·
Some weddings require only a simple
rehearsal an hour before the wedding.
A rehearsal other than an hour before the wedding can be conducted earlier the same day or on another day for a $50.00 fee. ·
Optional Pre-marital counseling session is available at $50 an hour. ·
Additional Expenses: Ø $.75 per mile for
mileage (one way) if the wedding
is outside seven county Twin Cities
metro area. (Washington, Ramsey, Dakota, Hennepin. Anoka, Pierce-Wisconsin,
St. Croix-Wisconsin). Ø Weddings needing a
rehearsal and located more than 75 miles away may require
overnight accommodations. Ø Wedding Coordinator: Many weddings benefit from the
assistance given by a wedding coordinator.
If your wedding would benefit from these services we will discuss this
at your consultation. Here Typically
the Wedding coordinator assists at the rehearsal and provide services essential
for the service. The fee of $100 is
payable at the rehearsal. 6.
Fee Payment: The remaining balance of the fees should be paid
no later than the rehearsal. This helps all parties to avoid an awkward moment
when the mood of joy and celebration should be the highest after the service
concludes. 7. Other Things to Consider: Music:
I
have no restrictions on the use of secular music. However, I will
be able to guide you to musicians that will provide excellent service.
Photography and Videography: I have no restrictions on the behavior of the
photographer. However, I will offer guidance to best enhance your wedding day
experience. Wedding Licenses can be secured from any county in
Minnesota. The licenses should be
requested at least a month before the wedding date. (Once requested the license is valid for six months). A license is required from the state where
the wedding is performed. Two witnesses
are required in Minnesota. Normally, I require the wedding license at the
rehearsal. It is just one more thing you don’t have to think about on your wedding
day. I am responsible for its proper
signage and returning it to the county where it originated. You should note that
every county has its own style of license.
In addition, you can apply for your license from any county in
Minnesota. (You do not have to live in
that county!) Currently, I am partial
to licenses from Ramsey County. Suggestions for the Content of the Service: You have flexibility in the planning of your service. If you wish, arrange to meet with me to plan your service in a face to face meeting before the wedding without any additional fees. We can work out service details or follow up by email or phone or finish the details as late as the rehearsal, if you wish.

wedding is a personal expression of your commitment to one another. The service shown can be used as a
foundation to build your own wedding service.
Use it as a canvass to create your own wedding cermony. It is highly recommended that you run the
details of your wedding bulletin by me before you have it printed. Please note that many other readings can be
used. I would encourage you to
